This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our laundry, pickup, delivery, and membership services.

What We Collect

• Service address (your pickup and delivery location)
• Order details such as items, weight, service selections, and pickup and delivery times
• Payment information, which is handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your card number.

How We Use It

• To provide the laundry, pickup, and delivery services you request
• To send order and account notifications by text message and email, such as order updates and pickup and delivery reminders
• To send one-time login verification codes when you sign in
• To send receipts and account confirmations
• To operate and improve our service and comply with legal obligations

Text Messaging (SMS)

When you provide your phone number at signup, online, or in store, you consent to receive text messages from Weho Laundry related to your orders and account. These are transactional messages: order updates, pickup and delivery reminders, and login verification codes. Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Website Analytics & Advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies through Google Tag Manager, including Google Analytics (to understand how visitors use the site) and the Meta Pixel (to measure our advertising). These tools collect information such as pages visited, device type, and general location. You can limit this through your browser's cookie and privacy settings.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers who help us run Weho Laundry: Stripe for payment processing, Twilio for text message delivery, and Resend for email delivery, plus the website analytics tools described above. We do not sell your information to anyone.
